Brittany Woodard - AP, E-RYT 500

Brittany has spent nearly a decade living out of a backpack, making the world her home. Her love for travel eventually led her to yoga, shifting her journeys toward deep study and teaching throughout Southeast Asia, Europe, and Australia. Along the way, she worked at yoga retreat centers and studied with some of the best teachers on the planet.

Her path eventually led to Ayurveda, the missing piece that brought everything together. Now, as the Dean of Education at Yoga Veda Institute of Ayurvedic Medicine, Brittany has the privilege of working alongside leading Ayurvedic teachers.

Driven by her passion for travel and experiential learning, she founded Embodied Ayurveda, curating immersive Ayurvedic training retreats in inspiring locations.
